Fan Fiction ~ May 26


Our May Talent Contest is Fan Fiction and the theme is "Alex Rover's Island Adventure".  The maximum word limit is 500 words.  For more details click here

The winner will be named Artistic Angel of the month and receive our Angel Award and a lovely jewelry prize.

GBA holds a variety of contests for its members to showcase their multiple talents: poetry, graphic arts, fan fiction, videos, artwork. There are  plenty of opportunities for GBA members to have fun participating in and sharing their talents. The recipient will be awarded a special prize along with our GBA Artistic Angel Award, in addition to having their talent featured on our Artistic Angel page.

3rd Annual Gerard Butler Fan Convention
June 13-14 ~ Las Vegas, NV

The 3rd Annual Gerard Butler Fan Convention will be held on June 13th and 14th in Las Vegas, Nevada. ALL Gerard Butler fans are welcome to attend! Convention events include video and graphics workshops, raffles and silent auctions for Gerry-fied goodies, entertainment, dinner, and dance on June 13, the "Vintage Hollywood" themed costume Ball on June 14th, and much, much more. The 2008 convention will be held at the Las Vegas Hilton!

Phantom of the Opera returns to the big screen June 14 at the Brenden Theatres inside the Palms Hotel and Casino at 10:00 AM. Advanced web price: $15.00. Price at the door: $20.00. All proceeds after costs to benefit the Susan G. Komen For the Cure. Transportation will be available to convention attendees. Ticket sales will be on a first come first serve basis. Payment MUST be received before your seat will be reserved and you can be counted as one of the lucky ones to experience Phantom of the Opera on the silver screen. Register/Purchase Tickets
